From the first “where should we go?” to the plane ride home, Viviamo Signature is our most comprehensive planning experience.

We’ll design your trip as one seamless whole—considering not only where you stay and what you do, but how everything connects. Hotels, transportation, private experiences, dining, concierge requests, and all the little details in between are thoughtfully arranged around the way you actually want to travel.

Planning Investment: $500 per week of travel
Full-service trips typically begin at $12,000 per week for two travelers, excluding airfare. Starting budgets vary based on trip type, season and number of travelers.

  • Viviamo Signature is best suited to trips with enough room in the budget for the accommodations, transportation and experiences that define our full-service work.

    Custom Europe + International Itineraries — from $12,000 per week for two travelers
    Resort Escapes — from $8,000 for two travelers
    Spring Break + Peak Holiday Travel — from $15,000 for a family of four
    Long Weekends + Milestone Escapes — from $5,000 for two travelers
    Villas, Safaris, Cruises + Private Journeys — custom quoted; most begin around $20,000

    Trip investments exclude airfare and vary based on destination, season, trip length, number of travelers and room configuration.

THE VIVIAMO EDIT

Curated Travel Planning

For when you want our eye, but don’t need the whole production.

You know roughly where you’re going and you’re comfortable handling some of the trip yourself—you just want an expert to narrow down the options and make sure the key pieces are right.

The Viviamo Edit focuses on the anchors of your trip: thoughtfully curated accommodations, essential arrival and departure logistics, and a select experience or two. You’ll have a beautiful foundation while keeping the freedom to fill in the rest yourself.

The Edit can include hotel research and booking, round-trip airport transfers and up to one or two curated tours or experiences.

It does not include rail planning, intercity transportation, dining reservations, spa or concierge bookings, day-by-day logistics or complex itinerary management. If your trip requires those pieces, Viviamo Signature is the better fit.

Start with a Viviamo Lookbook: up to three thoughtfully selected hotel options for one destination, curated around your dates, budget and travel style.

Investment: $100 per destination

If you decide you’d like more support, your Lookbook fee can be applied toward The Viviamo Edit or Viviamo Signature.

Once you’re happy with the direction, I handle the reservations and included logistics while we fine-tune the details.

You’ll receive everything I’ve arranged in one clear itinerary, so when it’s time to travel, you can simply enjoy it.
